Our Services for Expecting & New Parents

Giving birth to your baby is a special and sacred time in your life. A doula's job is to educate, advocate and empower her client. A doula should ensure that the client's understanding and consent are of high importance during pregnancy, during birth and during the postpartum phases. As your doula, our journey will begin together with the following service packages offered for you to choose:

The Bronze Package:

Support for parents in the third trimester. We will be able to provide two (2) prenatal consultations and work with parents to prepare them for labor and delivery. This package includes one (1) follow up appointment after the baby is born.

The Silver Package: 

This package allows parents to work closer with us and talk about any birth plans, child birth education services and support via phone and/or email. This package also offers a postpartum home visit and a peer lactation counseling session.

The Gold Package:

This package is great for expecting parents who do need moral, emotional and educational support. We are here to guide you through all things pregnancy and birth related. This package includes birth plan writing, accompany to hospital or birth center setting of choice, child birth preparation, two (2) home visits after birth and so much more!

Price for The Silver Package: $550

Price for The Gold Package: $1,100 ($500 non-refundable payment due to book. A second payment of $500 is due at the beginning of the third trimester.)

Are you unsure about the birth process? Do you feel uncertain about what you want in the labor and delivery room? Our childbirth education service is here to help expecting parents understand how the sacred birth process works! In this service we offer: 

1. Physical and hormonal changes during pregnancy

2. The sacred process of childbirth

3. Coping techniques for childbirth

4. How to create an assertive birth plan

5. Pain management options (holistic and medical options)

6. How your support person can assist during childbirth

7. Medical interventions

8. And so much more!

Price for Childbirth Education service: $80 (class offered in-person or via Zoom)

This service is for mothers and spouses/partners who wish to take an autonomous approach in their birthing experience from the moment they set foot in the hospital or birth center of their choosing. Pave My Pathway to Birth writing services makes the mother’s and spouse’s/partner’s decisions loud and clear and create a partnership with OBs/midwives and nurses who will respect and honor the boundaries set from the very beginning. Your birth plan can be tailored to your needs and wants to make your birth experience a wonderful one for you, your spouse/partner and your baby. This service will include an extensive conversation to discuss the wants/desires of the mother and spouse/partner. 

Price: $60 for the Pave My Pathway to Birth service

The postpartum phase for a newborn baby and the mother are very important. This is a time where mothers should be able to return home and bond with their babies. With families adapting to a new schedule, it can be overwhelming for family members to upkeep a household and ensure a mother's receiving quality care as she recovers from childbirth. In our Postpartum Doula Services, we offer the following support for new & new again mothers: 

1.   Postpartum recovery education & support 

2.  Assessment for any postpartum mood concerns (postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, DM-er, etc.)

3.  Newborn care and wellness support 

4. Lactation and pumping support & education

5. Household & Nutrition Support (light meal prep, light cleaning, errands, etc.) 

6.  Closing of the Bones Ceremony (with a crystal sound bowl healing)

7. A Postpartum Herbal Bath

Price for Honoring the Maternal Veil service: 

$30 per hour

Do you need additional support with breastfeeding your baby? Leto's Maternity Isle is able to guide you with any challenges or concerns you may have. Prior to the start of a service, you will receive an email and a questionnaire about anything you wish to cover in the peer lactation counseling session. The Peer Lactation Counseling Service will cover the following topics:

1. Address breastfeeding struggles and find solutions
2. The importance of nutrition while breastfeeding 
3. Emotional support for both mom and dad
4. Pumping support
5. Return to Work Support
6. Any other questions or concerns

Price: $60 per hour

Price for Three (3) Sessions: $130

Are you considering encapsulating your placenta? Are you interested in working with someone who can make a keepsake for you? We can help! Our placenta encapsulation services are tailored to a mother's needs. Prior to booking this service, a form will need to be filled out to confirm that it is safe for a mother to consume her placenta in capsule form.

Price: $250 for our Placenta Encapsulation Services

Are you returning to work soon? Unsure about how to prepare for your return to work? Do you need guidance as to how to properly store milk or nourish yourself in the workplace? We are here to help! This service supports new & new again mothers who want to continue their breastfeeding journey with their baby after their maternity leave. We offer resources, guidance and nutritional information for lactating mothers. 

Price: $40 for Your Milk Retreat at Work Service

**This service will be provided via Zoom.**
